Hawzah News Agency- Hujjat al-Islam Reza Shakeri, the representative of Al-Mustafa International University in India and the vice president of Punjab University signed a memorandum of cooperation.
While welcoming the representative of Al-Mustafa International University, the president of Punjab University presented a brief explanation about this university, saying,” Punjab university was established in 1962 and currently 15 thousand students are studying in the university and it has more than 20 thousand online students.”
While welcoming Dr. Shakeri, the head of planning of Punjab University Patiala said,” We like Persian language like other languages.”
Referring to the position of the Persian language in India, he quoted one of the thinkers of the state of Punjab, adding: "If someone wants to know the history of Punjab, he should learn Persian, because the history of Punjab is written in Persian." It has united us with the noble nation of Iran.”
The Head of Planning of Panjab University Patiala continued his speech by saying that we love Iran very much and we are eagerly waiting to see "Iran" the land of thinkers closely.”
While welcoming the representative of Al-Mustafa International University in India, the vice-chancellor of the university considered the signing of the memorandum as a positive step in the relationship between the two great universities and said,” We use this opportunity and assure that this memorandum will not remain only on paper, because according to the provisions of the memorandum, we are ready to hold a joint conference.”
At the end of this ceremony, Hujjat al-Islam Reza Shakeri, the representative of Al-Mustafa International University in India expressed gratitude for the president and administrators of Punjab University and gave a brief explanation about Al-Mustafa University, saying,” Al-Mustafa International University is a high and international university that is represented in 66 countries and has students from 130 countries.”
