Hawzah News Agency –Referring to the government's provincial trips, the President said, "The government's method in provincial trips is that affairs should have guarantee of implementation".
Dr Raisi emphasised that the report of actions should be announced to the people, adding, "It is necessary to determine the effects of actions in people's lives. People understand the situation well".
The President added, "What we are looking for is a jihadist work and it must be achieved. Administrative responses do not work for what we do, and the results must be determined".
Ayatollah Raisi further stated, "If these measures do not work, it will cause people despair and reduce trust in them, and social capital will be damaged".
Dr Raisi said, "The enemy is in ambush of the Islamic system. On the other hand, the path is not smooth, but all the managers have the necessary ability to remove these obstacles".
The President added: "All managers should be accountable in four areas: first, in the presence of God Almighty, second, to the people and citizens, third, the client, and finally, accountability to the hierarchy and administrative supervisors".
Pointing out that the city of Qom has given 6,000 martyrs to the country, Ayatollah Raisi said, "There is no house in this city that does not have a wounded veteran, a martyr and a prisoner of war".
Emphasising the position of Ayatollah Mesbah Yazdi in the field of thought and martyr Haj Qasem Soleimani in the field of jihad, martyrdom and obedience to the Guardianship, Dr Raisi said, "Protection of Qom should be done by the owners of wisdom and thought".
Emphasising that some people want to sow discord between the intellectual and cultural spheres of Qom, the President clarified, "For this reason, the key figures and officials of Qom are obliged to protect, and cultural issues are the first issue of Qom".
Referring to the existence of social harms in Qom, Ayatollah Raisi stated, "If some social harms in Qom are not prevented and treated, it will become a punishable crime".
The President called the divorce statistics in Qom worrying and emphasised, "The least social harms in Qom are considered high".
Regarding unemployment in Qom province, Dr Raisi said, "We have semi-closed factories that we must activate. The solution to eliminate unemployment is to activate production centres".
Ayatollah Raisi also asked Minister Industry, Mines and Trade to set up a working group to solve the province's industrial problems with the help of the Central Bank, the National Development Fund and the Qom Governor-General's Office.
In another part of his speech, the President considered it important to pay attention to the tourism economy and noted, "Considering the relationship between Qom and 17 provinces of the country, the issue of tourism in this province is important".
Ayatollah Raisi emphasised, "People do not accept corruption, bribery and unhealthy administrative relations in the Islamic system".
The President stressed the importance of increasing public confidence in the government, saying, "This trust is the most important component of security and the reduction of trust undermines national security".
"The most effective system of control is self-control, but supervision should not be neglected," the President said, referring to the faithful manoeuvre for fighting coronavirus.
