Hawzah News Agency –During a meeting with our Iran’s cultural Attaché in China, the director of the Department of Persian Language and Literature at Xisha University called for the expansion of scientific and academic cooperation with Iranian academic centers.

According to the Public Relations Department of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization (ICRO), Abbasali Vafaei, Cultural Attaché of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Beijing, met with Ms. Xi Ying Shan, Director of the Department of Persian Language and Literature at Xihei University in Xinjiang Province.

Referring to the support of provided by Iran’s Cultural Mission to the Persian language Department and providing books and educational resources, Vafaei said: sending Iranian professors and the presence of Chinese students in educational courses organized by Iran’s Cultural Mission and also continuing the education of professors in higher educational levels are among other considerations of Iranian cultural Mission in Beijing

He added if the officials of Xisha University are interested, Iran cultural Mission can provide scientific cooperation of this university with one of the universities in Iran, especially in the field of increasing students" knowledge and sending professors.

Abbasali Vafaei also suggested holding a webinar about one of Iran’s literary figures at the beginning of the next semester.

Welcoming the proposal, Ms. Shan called for the expansion of scientific and academic cooperation between Xisha University of Iran and the universities of Iran.
