Hawzah News Agency – The commander of the faithful, Imam Ali peace be upon him says:

قِلَّةُ الأَكْلِ مِنَ العَفَافِ، وَكَثْرَتُهُ مِنَ الإسْرَاف.

'Eating little is a sign of self-restraint, and eating a lot is a sign of wastefulness.'
