Hawzah News Agency – Imam Khomeini Memorial Trust Kargil (Ladakh) has strongly condemned the fresh US sanctions on the Al-Mustafa International University of I.R. Iran.

In a statement, IKMT has termed the sanctions as inhuman and unjustified. The statement further reads that the USA has now gone for inhuman sanctions on the education sector after the pharmaceutical and medical sectors are being already under illegal sanctions. It's pertinent to mention that Al-Mustafa is a globally acclaimed University that imparts knowledge to thousands of students and research scholars all over the world. IKMT has urged the International organizations, UNESCO and International Human Rights Organization to take strong notice of the attempt in this regard.
