After Martyr Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, HI al-Kaabi is leading the Iraqi Islamic ‎Resistance

Ghayth al-Tamimi claimed that the secretary-general of al-Nujaba has taken over the ‎leadership of al-Nujaba in Iraq after the martyrdom of General Qasem Soleymani and Abu ‎Mahdi al-Muhandis.‎

Hawzah News Agency - Ghayth al-Tamimi claimed that the secretary-general of al-Nujaba has taken over the ‎leadership of al-Nujaba in Iraq after the martyrdom of General Qasem Soleymani and Abu ‎Mahdi al-Muhandis.‎

According to the Communication and Media Affairs Centre of al-‎Nujaba in Iran, Ghayth al-‎Tamimi, an Iraqi opposition activist, claimed that Hujjat al-Islam Akram al-Kaabi, the ‎secretary-general of al-Nujaba, had assumed control of the leadership of the Islamic ‎Resistance group in Iraq after the martyring of Major General Qasem Soleymani and Abu ‎Mahdi al-Muhandis.‎

Mr. al-Tamimi claimed that the decision was the result of an agreement between Ayatollah ‎Sayyed Ali Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of Iran’s Islamic Revolution, and Sayyid Hasan ‎Nasrallah, the secretary-general of Hezbollah in Lebanon.‎

On his Twitter account, he republished a video from Hujjat al-Islam al-Kaabi’s recent news ‎conference in Tehran and introduced the secretary-general of al-Nujaba, saying, “Anyone ‎who does not know him must know that al-Kaabi is the real founder of the Mahdi Army, ‎Asaib Ahl al-Haqq and al-Nujaba.”‎

In describing the secretary-general of al-Nujaba, Mr. al-Tamimi added, “He is one of the ‎main actors in the Syrian war and a true ally of Hezbollah.”‎

It is worth mentioning that Mr. al-Tamimi was one of the leading figures of the Sadrist ‎Movement who emigrated to the United Kingdom after the emergence of disputes, clashes ‎and stances against the leader of the movement.‎

He became ideologically deviated in Europe and emerged as a secular civil activist. Mr. al-‎Tamimi is currently working with the liberal and opposition media as an expert on Islamic ‎Resistance groups and launches propaganda attacks on the Islamic Republic of Iran, the ‎marja’iyyah (Shi’ah religious authorities), the Popular Mobilization Forces and anti-arrogance ‎movements.‎
