Hawzah News Agency (Qom, Iran) – In an interview with Hawzah News’ correspondent in Qom on Thursday, senior Shia cleric Ayatollah Murtadha Moqtadayi slammed Trump’s Jerusalem Move saying, “The US is seeking to strengthen the Zionist Regime by carrying out this move since the US is close affiliate to this usurper regime; US governments need the support of Israel in order to maintain their administration.”

Member of the Society of Seminary Teachers of Qom further added, “Today, the Zionist Regime is fighting against the Axis of Islamic Resistance and the whole Muslim community because the US administration and some puppet regimes in the region are supporting them. “

“The Zionists must beware that their plots have no result; despite all the regional and international support they receive, by the grace of Allah, the Zionist Regime will soon be abolished.”

Ayatollah Moqtadayi went on to say, “Trump’s insane Jerusalem move is a stupid mistake which stands against the Muslim beliefs. Not only the Islamic countries but also non-Muslim nations will oppose this move and strongly condemn it.”

“To operationalize this move is considered as ‘playing with fire’; if implemented, the Zionists will infuriate the whole Islamic world and I warn Israel that Muslim community will vigorously stand against such excessive plot.” Ayatollah Moqtadayi concluded.
