"Supporting Islamic Resistance, best way to combat Israel"

Al-Quds represents the unity within Muslim community and the Axis of Islamic Resistance. The message of international Quds Day is to highlight the issue of Palestine as the top priority in the Islamic world," said head of Iranian Seminaries.

Hawzah News Agency (Meybod, Iran) – Speaking on the international Quds Day in Iran's Meybod on Friday, Ayatollah Alireza Arafi quoted Iranian Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Khamenei's remarks saying, "Al-Quds Day is a symbol for Iranian nation, country and Islamic Revolution."

Ayatollah Arafi went on, "Al-Quds represents the unity within Muslim community and the Axis of Islamic Resistance, it also represents the resistance against the arrogant powers of the world; In fact, the issue of Palestine must never be marginalized."

The senior cleric then pointed out some of the enemies' plots to undermine the unity of Islamic Ummah such as sowing discord within Muslim community, weakening the axis of Islamic Resistance in countries involved in war, supporting the American Islam which is manifested as the one currently being practiced in Saudi Arabia by their regime.

He also referred to the proxy wars in the region such as the ones in Yemen and Bahrain, normalizing ties with the Zionist regime and undermining Iran's security as other measures taken by the enemies to tarnish the unity of Islamic world.

Head of Iranian seminaries concluded his remarks by saying that the message of international Quds Day is to highlight the issue of Palestine as the top priority in the Islamic world; "The Muslim community can defeat the enemies provided that they stay united."
