In the case of Islam, more specifically Ramadan, there is an increased call for generosity of spirit. You can't even celebrate your Eid unless you meet the needs of some poor person somewhere.
Some appreciated his visit to the event in Parramatta marking the end of Ramadan, while others say the PM ‘doesn’t care about us’.
