Mourning Flag raised in Imam Ali Shrine

As the 28th of Safar, the demise anniversary of the holy Prophet (pbuh), approaches, a mourning flag was raised in the holy Shrine of Imam Ali (pbuh) during a ceremony attended by the Director of the Alawi Shrine.
