Hawzah News Agency- Morteza al-Jaberi, an Iraqi media activist and blogger, made the remarks.
Al-Jaberi stressed that it is neither acceptable nor justified for the Iraqi government to say it will not be a battlefield or a venue for score-settling between Washington and Tehran and will not intervene so as not to become a party to a regional conflict.
Regarding the Iraqi people, al-Jaberi believes they will, as always, take a position of honor and express it through popular demonstrations, protest gatherings and other various activities. At the same time, he said, the Islamic resistance forces in Iraq will declare their commitment to standing alongside Iran in the event of any American-Zionist aggression, on the basis that the confrontation is between the front of truth and the front of falsehood, and one must inevitably stand with the front of truth and resist the front of falsehood.
