Hawzah News Agency- In its message, the office cited a well-known Islamic tradition: "When a scholar dies, a breach is made in Islam that nothing can repair until the Day of Resurrection."
The office said the passing of the high-ranking jurist — described as a pillar of jurisprudence, wisdom and piety — has left an irreparable wound on the Islamic seminaries and the Shia world.
It praised the late cleric as a supreme embodiment of piety, scholarly precision and devotion to the school of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), noting his unmatched mastery of jurisprudence, biographical evaluation of narrators, the science of hadith and Islamic narration.
His moral conduct, marked by asceticism and humility, served as a "shining beacon" for scholars, professors and researchers of religious knowledge, the office said, adding that a generation of thinkers and servants of Islamic law was trained under his auspicious school of thought.
The Islamic Propagation Office extended its condolences to the anticipated Imam Mahdi (AS), Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei, other grand sources of emulation, the seminaries, the late cleric's students and family, and Shia Muslims and admirers worldwide.
It asked God Almighty to grant the distinguished jurist elevated status, companionship with the infallible Imams (peace be upon them) and boundless divine mercy, and to bestow patience and abundant reward upon his noble family, survivors and admirers.
