Hawzah News Agency- Addressing a fervent gathering of revolutionary citizens in Qom's Imam Khomeini Square, Shirazi noted that the enemies of the Islamic Revolution had always assumed they could defeat the Islamic Republic in a short time. "But they neither understood Iran, nor the Iranian nation, nor the power of Islam, nor the power of Velayat-e Faqih," he said.
The senior cleric emphasized that while missiles, drones, and military equipment are important, popular support is what ultimately matters most. "Imam Khomeini (RA) said upon his arrival in Iran, 'I appoint a government backed by the people.' Therefore, in every battlefield and against every enemy, the people are the deciding factor," he stated.
Stressing the need for a profound understanding of revenge against the enemies, Shirazi said: "Revenge should not be viewed superficially. The revenge for our martyrs, especially the martyred Imam, is not limited to a single action — its depth must be fully understood."
Referring to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution's remarks regarding the file of American audacity, he called for the formation of a case documenting the enemy's crimes, with the leaders of global arrogance prosecuted in a just international court.
Hojatoleslam Shirazi noted that the Iranian nation has achieved its grand objectives at various junctures: "The Iranian nation expelled the Shah, brought down Saddam, and by relying on divine power, Velayat-e Faqih, and public presence, defeated Daesh (ISIS) as well."
"The enemy wanted to break Iran, but the Islamic Republic's military power and the Iranian people's presence on the scene proved to the world that the Islamic Republic of Iran cannot be defeated," he continued.
Highlighting the enemy's pressures and plots against the Iranian nation, Shirazi said: "The enemy seeks to break the faith of the Iranian people through sanctions, threats, and hybrid warfare, but the Iranian nation will stand against their schemes with full strength and will not allow their objectives to materialize."
Emphasizing the necessity of patience and steadfastness, he stated: "The end of this battlefield is the destruction of Israel and America, and today's young generation will witness the annihilation of America, the annihilation of Israel, and the establishment of an independent popular Palestinian government."
Shirazi described public presence as the backbone of the armed forces and revolutionary officials, saying: "The people support the Revolution, are present on the scene, and the armed forces stand with full power."
Reaffirming commitment to implementing the directives of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, he said: "The people, the armed forces, and the revolutionary officials of the system are standing firm and will implement the directives of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution to the letter."
He further stated: "The armed forces, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), the IRGC Navy, the Army Navy, and the country's law enforcement forces stand with full power, and the Iranian nation will stand by the Revolution's values and the directives of the Guardianship until the last drop of blood."
