How to Recognize a True Follower

Hawzah News Agency- Imam Sadiq (a.s) said:

امْتَحِنُوا شِیعَتَنَا عِنْدَ ثَلَاثٍ عِنْدَ مَوَاقِیتِ الصَّلَاهِ کَیْفَ مُحَافَظَتُهُمْ عَلَیْهَا وَ عِنْدَ أَسْرَارِهِمْ کَیْفَ حِفْظُهُمْ لَهَا عِنْدَ عَدُوِّنَا وَ إِلَی أَمْوَالِهِمْ کَیْفَ مُوَاسَاتُهُمْ لِإِخْوَانِهِمْ فِیهَا.

Test our followers (Shi‘a) in three matters: 1.At the times of prayer, [to see] how they safeguard them; 2. Regarding their secrets, [to see] how they protect them from our enemy; 3. and Regarding their wealth, [to see] how they share it in solidarity with their brethren.
