Hawzah News Agency- The Mowkib, named "Qa'im Aal-e Mohammad (PBUH)," relies on the voluntary efforts of Bangladeshi seminarians and the support of benefactors to serve Arbaeen pilgrims from across the world. Services include the distribution of hot meals, drinking water, syrup, tea, fruit, and other refreshments. The station also provides resting spaces and necessary facilities along the walking route, allowing pilgrims to continue their spiritual journey with greater ease.
The organizers have stated that the initiative aims to promote a culture of selfless service, honor the pilgrims of the Master of Martyrs, strengthen the spirit of solidarity and hospitality, and put into practice the teachings of the Ahl al-Bayt (PBUT) and the enlightening school of Ashura. They view serving the pilgrims of Imam Hussein (PBUH) as a great honor and a precious opportunity to manifest love and devotion to the Holy Household.
The mawkib welcomes large numbers of pilgrims of various nationalities daily, striving through dignified service to relieve some of the exhaustion of the journey. The presence of young Bangladeshi servants alongside other mawkib organizers paints a portrait of unity, cohesion, and empathy within the Islamic Ummah at the world's largest religious gathering.
