In this ritual, the pure remains of 32 student and teacher martyrs from the "Shajareh Tayyebeh" elementary school—after months of waiting and relentless search efforts—were carried on the shoulders of Iran's martyr-loving nation. These esteemed martyrs, who had attained the high rank of martyrdom in a missile attack by the criminal American regime on a school in the heart of Minab, once again revived the painful memory of that tragic day with the recovery of 62 newly found fragments of their bodies.
The Minab school should be introduced as a symbol of modern criminal warfare and a blatant violation of children's rights worldwide, and Washington must be held accountable in legal and international forums.
On the sidelines of the ceremony, the Head of the Justice Department of Hormozgan Province, referring to the human and legal dimensions of this catastrophe, stated: "Despite several stages of specialized and precise search operations conducted in the vicinity of the Shajareh Tayyebeh school and surrounding areas, unfortunately, no part of the body of the young martyr 'Makan Nasiri' has been found so far. This issue demonstrates the brutality of the attack and the difficulty of the recovery operations in this area''.
He added: "This horrific crime is not only a human catastrophe but also a clear violation of all international laws and children's rights. Undoubtedly, the silence of international bodies in the face of such crimes calls for reflection and protest''.
In this regard, the reputable British network Sky News, citing the opinions of seven independent international experts and a detailed analysis of satellite imagery, remaining ammunition remnants, and the pattern of destruction at the site, has definitively identified the United States as the perpetrator of this terrorist attack on the Shajareh Tayyebeh school.
