Hawzah News Agency- During the meeting, Trump addressed the assassinations of Hajj Qassem Soleimani and Hajj Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis at Baghdad International Airport. "I killed him," he said of Martyr Soleimani's assassination, adding: "Incidentally, a very bad person from Iraq was also killed in the same incident," referring to Martyr Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis.
The family, in response, said the scene reflected “this criminal’s [Trump’s] fear of the crimes he has committed and their repercussions, especially in Iraq and at the hands of the valiant Iraqi people''.
Martyr al-Muhandis's family affirmed that revenge for the assassination of the two commanders “has not and will not be forgotten, no matter how much the criminal’s crimes weigh him down''.
It stressed that responsibility rests first with the Resistance fighters in Iraq and, secondly, with the people of the nation, emphasizing that the memory of the fallen commanders and their cause remains present.
The family also pledged allegiance to martyr Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, the thousands of martyred commanders, and the innocents of the nation, led by Martyred Leader Sayyed Ali Khamenei and Leader of the Revolution Sayyed Mojtaba Khamenei, stating that “this criminal, and his lackeys in America, the region, and Iraq, will drown in our blood, even if we are unable to carry weapons''.
