Hawzah News Agency- The two-month program is held under the theme: "A Cleaner Environment and a More Refined Society." During the launch ceremony at King Hussein Gardens, Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs, Dr. Mohammad Khalaileh, said this year's summer centers represent a "comprehensive" educational and national project, aimed at promoting Islamic values to become a practical behavior.
"Holy Quran is not limited to memorization and recitation, but also calls for building righteous individuals who cultivate and protect the earth," he pointed out.
He said the activities aim to maintain environmental cleanliness and preserve public facilities, adding that cleanliness represents a "religious, cultural, and health value that reflects advancement of societies''.
As for their venues, he noted lessons will take place in mosque courtyards and Quranic centers.
