Hawzah News Agency- In a discourse reflecting on the current geopolitical and ideological struggles facing the Muslim world, Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli emphasized that divine law operates beyond the material calculations of global powers. He stated that when the Muslim community rises in sincere defense of the divine religion, the Almighty guarantees not only victory but also steadfastness and fortitude.
Quoting from the Holy Qur'an, the senior scholar noted:
"O you who have believed, if you support Allah, He will support you and plant firmly your feet." (Surah Muhammad, Verse 7)
Ayatollah Javadi Amoli elaborated that this divine promise is not contingent upon superior military hardware or Western political approval, but upon the sincerity of faith and the unity of the Ummah. He stressed that the current era is witnessing a tangible fulfillment of this verse, as the Islamic Resistance Front continues to stand firm against overwhelming material odds.
Addressing the sustained political and media campaigns aimed at undermining the Islamic Republic and the broader Axis of Resistance, Ayatollah Javadi Amoli invoked another profound Qur'anic assurance:
"They wish to extinguish the light of Allah with their mouths, but Allah will perfect His light, although the disbelievers dislike it." (Surah As-Saff, Verse 8)
The Grand Ayatollah's remarks come at a critical juncture as Western and Zionist media narratives attempt to frame the Islamic Republic's steadfastness as isolation. However, Ayatollah Javadi Amoli’s interpretation—drawn from his monumental exegesis Tasnim—reframes the conflict as a spiritual and historical inevitability.
According to this worldview, the "mouths" referenced in the verse symbolize the propaganda apparatus, psychological warfare, and economic blockades of the hegemonic system. Yet, the divine will operates to "perfect" this light. In a geopolitical context, this "perfection" is manifesting in the growing global disillusionment with the Western liberal order and the rising moral and political credibility of the Resistance Axis in the Global South.
Ayatollah Javadi Amoli’s statement serves as a doctrinal anchor for the Iranian nation, reinforcing that the current struggle is not merely political but a continuation of the eternal battle between truth (Haqq) and falsehood (Batil). It underscores a core tenet of the Islamic Revolution: that divine support is contingent upon active, unwavering support from the people—a covenant that, once upheld, renders the efforts of the enemies inconsequential.
