Hawzah News Agency- The operation, described by commanders as heroic and decisive, echoes the legendary failure of the United States in the 1980 Tabas desert debacle—another clear manifestation of divine will and the unyielding power of the fighters of Islam.
Enemy’s rescue attempt fails miserably
According to a statement issued by the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, the enemy’s desperate attempts to retrieve its downed fighter pilot ended in total failure, thanks to the blessings of Almighty God, divine assistance, and the timely action of the fighters of Islam from the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), the Islamic Republic of Iran Army, popular Basij forces, and law enforcement.
The statement confirmed that aggressor aircraft in southern Isfahan province—including two U.S. Black Hawk helicopters and one C-130 military transport plane—were squarely targeted and consumed in the flames of the wrath of Islam’s heroic fighters.
Coordinated defensive operation
The operation was carried out as part of a coordinated, joint action by the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, aimed at defending the country’s airspace and national security. It demonstrated the full readiness of Iran’s military to confront any act of aggression by enemies.
Qalibaf: Another such ‘victory’ for U.S. would destroy it entirely
In a related development, Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf, Speaker of the Iranian Parliament, issued a message on his official social media page, drawing on a famous historical analogy. He wrote:
"If the United States achieves three more victories like this one, it will be completely destroyed!"
The reference—originally attributed to a Soviet official mocking the U.S. after the Vietnam War—underscores the depth of the American defeat.
Clear message to enemies
The operation once again showcased the formidable power of Iran’s Armed Forces and the active presence of popular Basij mobilization forces in safeguarding the country’s security. It sent an unequivocal message to foreign enemies, particularly the United States, that their acts of aggression and military adventurism will not go unanswered.
Analysts in Tehran note that the skies over Isfahan have now joined the sands of Tabas as a graveyard of American military pride—proof that whenever the U.S. dares to challenge the Islamic Republic, it faces nothing but divine wrath and historic humiliation.
