The initiative aims to support the families of the martyred students while contributing to the rebuilding of the educational facility that was deliberately struck in the attack.
'A wound that transcends borders'
Sheikh Kurban Ulusöz, head of the Ahl al-Bayt Scholars Association of Iğdır, stated that the tragic incident has deeply affected not only Iran but the entire region. He emphasized the strength of the historical and cultural bonds shared between the peoples of neighboring nations.
"The incident that took place has left a profound impact across the region," Ulusöz said. "Across our borders, a land is being oppressed. Human beings—women and children alike—are being targeted without distinction."
He stressed that the attack deliberately targeted civilians, with innocent schoolchildren paying the ultimate price. "The loss of innocent students is a great sorrow and grief," he added.

Ulusöz explained that the campaign was initiated to contribute to the reconstruction of the school where 165 female students were martyred and to provide support to their grieving families. He confirmed that the fundraising effort is being conducted with official authorization.
"We launched this campaign to have a share in rebuilding the school where 165 female students were martyred and to support their families," Ulusöz stated.
The relief tent, which remains open throughout the day, has been met with an enthusiastic response from Iğdır residents. Volunteers are providing information to citizens while facilitating donations from those wishing to contribute.
