Over 2,770 Seminary Researchers Pledge Allegiance to Leader of Islamic Revolution

Hawzah News Agency- the group of scholars and researchers released a statement reaffirming their unwavering commitment to the path of the Islamic Revolution and the leadership of the third Leader of the Islamic Republic.

The full text of the researchers' statement is as follows:

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

"O you who have faith! Obey Allah and obey the Apostle and those vested with authority among you." (Qur'an 4:59)

To Grand Ayatollah Imam Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei

On the cusp of profound and destiny-shaping developments in the Islamic world, at a time when the global front of arrogance has mobilized its full intellectual, media, political, and military might against the monotheistic discourse of the Islamic Revolution, we—a collective of researchers from the Islamic seminaries—with hearts heavy with grief over the loss of the Great Leader, Grand Ayatollah Khamenei, and in remembrance of the valiant commanders, the faithful and revolutionary people, and the innocent girls of the "Shajareh Tayyibeh" school in Minab, have resolved to announce our covenant and pledge with the standard-bearer of the front of truth and the continuer of the path of Velayat, the esteemed Leader of the Revolution, Grand Ayatollah Imam Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei.

With insight drawn from the school of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) and with faith in the divine traditions of supporting the front of truth, we consider obedience to Velayat-e Faqih as the axis of unity for the Islamic Ummah, the guarantor of the protection of the Islamic Revolution, and the fundamental strategy on the path toward the realization of the new Islamic civilization. We hereby emphasize the following points:

1. We commend the revolutionary and wise action of the Assembly of Experts in selecting a forward-thinking jurist, a steadfast opponent of arrogance, well-versed in the contemporary issues of society, and the unique standard-bearer of the martyred Leader. We regard this fitting choice as being in continuation of the path and as paving the way for the advent of Imam al-Mahdi (may Allah hasten his noble reappearance).
2. The Islamic seminaries are the wellspring of religious thought and the guardians of the precious heritage of Shia jurisprudence. They bear a grave responsibility in safeguarding pure Muhammadan Islam (peace be upon him and his household) and ensuring the continuation of the authentic path of the Islamic Revolution. We firmly believe that adherence to Velayat-e Faqih and obedience to the esteemed Leader of the Revolution guarantee the preservation of this historic mission and lay the groundwork for the scientific, cultural, and civilizational dignity of the Islamic Ummah.
3. Amid the complex conditions of cognitive warfare and the organized onslaught of distortions, we consider the continuation of the "Jihad of Explanation" to be a religious and historical duty. Therefore, we hold ourselves committed to playing an active and effective role in explaining the foundations of the Islamic Revolution, defending the progressive principle of Velayat-e Faqih, and providing scholarly elucidation against the doubts and psychological operations of the enemies of Islam and Islamic Iran, utilizing all available scientific, research, and media capacities.
4. We regard any insult, offense, or distortion concerning the esteemed position of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution and the luminous ideals of the Islamic Republic of Iran as a clear sign of the desperation and helplessness of the front of falsehood, and we strongly condemn such actions.
5. We consider the unity of the elites, scholars, clergy, and the faithful nation of Islamic Iran around the axis of Velayat-e Faqih as a divine and strategic asset. Safeguarding and strengthening this unity are a prerequisite for the continuation of national dignity and authority. We, the researchers of the Islamic seminaries, while expressing our profound solidarity with the noble people of Iran, emphasize our active and responsible presence in scientific, cultural, and social arenas, and the reinforcement of national cohesion and solidarity.
6. We consider ourselves inheritors of the pure blood of the martyrs of the Islamic seminaries, the martyrs of the Islamic Revolution, and the warriors on the path of truth. Inspired by their great sacrifices, we pledge to employ all our scientific, cultural, and jihadi capacities, guided by the directions and instructions of the third Leader of the Islamic Revolution, until our final breath, in the pursuit of the great ideal of the new Islamic civilization.

In conclusion, while renewing our pledge of allegiance to the esteemed Leader of the Revolution, Grand Ayatollah Imam Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei, and praying for a long and honorable life filled with increasing success for that wise Leader, we declare with a resounding voice:

We will be the guardians of the doctrine of Velayat, the soldiers of the front of truth, and the pioneers in the realization of divine sovereignty across the world.
