"With utmost respect, I once again express my deep condolences on the martyrdom of the spiritual leader of Iran, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei (may he rest in peace)," Jafarov stated in his message. "At the same time, I congratulate the nation of Iran on the selection of Ayatollah Sayyed Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei as the new Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran."
