Hawzah News Agency- Mr. Gül stated that the courses will be organized in cooperation with the Turkish Presidency of Religious Affairs, noting that their educational framework aligns with the curricula used in kindergartens under the Turkish Ministry of National Education, with a focus on developing fundamental skills and reinforcing educational values.
As part of a broader plan, the provincial administration intends to establish 100 new nurseries, which will be handed over to the Turkish Ministry of Family and Social Services for management, in addition to building 100 new kindergartens. This will bring the total number of institutions planned under the initiative to 300 facilities dedicated to early childhood care and education.
These steps come amid ongoing investigations into allegations related to one of the nurseries affiliated with the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, following complaints submitted by families in the Eyüp Sultan district.
The governor emphasized that the relevant authorities are reviewing compliance with regulations governing nursery operations.
The new program aims to strengthen the educational and social infrastructure for children, providing a safe environment that combines early care with educational development, thereby contributing to the advancement of early childhood systems and expanding access to structured education.
