School of the Islamic movement Holds 7th Annual Qur’anic Memorization Ceremony in Suleja

Fudiyyah Islamic School of the Islamic movement under the leadership of Sheikh Ibraheem Yaqoub El-Zakzaky (H), hosted its 7th Annual Qur’anic Memorization Ceremony on Satruday the 7th of Dec. 2025 at the premises of Auwal Primary School in Suleja, Niger State.

Hawzah News Agency- The event drew students, parents, scholars, and members of the wider community, all gathered to celebrate the achievements of young memorizers of the Holy Qur’an.

Guests commended the students for their dedication, discipline, and perseverance, describing Qur’anic memorization as a noble endeavour that strengthens moral values and spiritual growth.

In his keynote remarks, Mal. Umar Abdullahi Saqapha, the school’s Head highlighted the importance of Qur’anic education in nurturing future generations. He emphasized that the annual ceremony serves not only to honour exceptional students but also to encourage others to commit themselves to the study and memorization of the Holy Book.

Several students demonstrated their memorization skills before the audience, reciting selected chapters with clarity and confidence. Certificates, gifts, and awards were presented to outstanding participants in recognition of their hard work and accomplishment.

Parents expressed pride in their children’s achievements and thanked the organizers and teachers of Fudiyyah Islamic School for their continuous dedication to Islamic education despite various challenges.

The ceremony concluded with prayers for peace, guidance, and continued progress within the community and the nation at large.
