Hawzah News Agency- The movement stressed that the worsening humanitarian crisis in Gaza demands urgent intervention to rescue civilians and facilitate the entry of vital aid, tents, and prefabricated shelters.
Hamas described the dire living conditions Palestinians face two years into the genocide war on Gaza, mentioning the severe shortages of food, medicine, clean water, and shelter, as well as the collapse of the healthcare system.
Such conditions pose an immediate threat to the lives of civilians, particularly women and children, as winter approaches and rainfall increases.
Hamas held the Israeli occupation fully responsible for ongoing violations of the ceasefire agreement, intensified aggression against civilians, the continued closure of crossings, and obstruction of humanitarian and relief efforts.
The movement called on the guarantor states of the agreement to pressure the occupation to implement the humanitarian protocol and open all crossings, particularly the Rafah crossing, to allow the entry of medical and relief supplies, emergency shelters, and to enable the evacuation of patients and the movement of individuals in both directions.
Hamas also warned against the continued international silence and paralysis in the face of the fascist occupation's ongoing crimes in Gaza, emphasizing that such inaction is exacerbating the humanitarian crisis for over two million Palestinians who remain under siege and deprived of necessities due to the ongoing genocide.
Hamas reiterated its appeal to the global community to act swiftly in ending the Gaza siege and ensuring the protection and dignity of the Palestinian people.
