Answer:Use your love for him as a means of advising and saving him—guiding him toward the path of righteousness. It has been narrated in a Prophetic tradition that guiding a single person is better than all that this world and everything in it contains.
Remember, love is good only when it leads to goodness; but it becomes a path of misguidance when it causes bad traits to pass from your friend to you. A wise person is one who reflects on the consequences of things, weighs priorities, and distinguishes between what is important and what is more important.
Try to be guided more by reason than by emotion, for when emotion overpowers you in critical moments, it can destroy you and lead you toward Hell—and that is neither what you desire nor what you can endure.
