Grand Ayat. Javadi meets with Iran’s Speaker of Parliament

Grand Ayatollah stated, “If there is literacy and hope for the future, the result will be similar to the resistance of the Iranian nation in the eight-year war, but if there is neither literacy nor hope for the future, there will be brain drain and economic problems in marriage, employment and housing problems of young people and so on.”

Hawzah News Agency-Senior Scholar Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli had a meeting with Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, Iran’s Speaker of Parliament, which was held on Wednesday, December 28 in Qom; During the meeting the Grand Ayatollah stated,” Two things maintain every country’s sovereignty; One is literacy and the other is hope for the future, which the officials should try not to lose these two criteria.”

“If there is literacy and hope for the future, the result will be the resistance of the Iranian nation in the eight-year war, but if there was neither literacy nor hope for the future, there will be brain drain and economic problems in marriage, employment and housing of young people and so on.” Top cleric added.

He continued,” We have two duties, one is to pray to God, which should not be neglected, and the other is wisdom and planning for the future.”

The Shia source of emulation added,” Having a good leader is one side of the matter, there has never been a leader greater than Amir al-Momenin (PBUH), if there are no managers and officials with a perspective and the people are not taken into consideration, failure is certain! If we are incompetent in management, God will turn his opinion away from us, Amir al-Momenin (PBUH) has said, “If a land that is rich in water and soil resources cannot run its affairs and needs outside help, God almighty will deprive them from his mercy!”

Stating that the martyrs are the main source of our stability, he said,” If there was a villain in the scene of Karbala who went naked, in the eight years of the holy defense, we had many pure young people who removed their license plates and had no name or address. These brave martyrs are the capitals of the country and its main owners.”

In the end, the Shi scholar expressed.” The final word is that we all including seminarians, officials and people must be careful with our words and manners, lest our words be misused and misinterpreted.”
