Hawzah News Agency – The Haqeebat al-Mu'min Center affiliated to the Media Department of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine has announced the launch of a smart electronic calendar for the blessed month of Ramadhan for more than (8000) regions in the world, in order to enhance the services included in the Haqeebat al-Mu'min Application and in conjunction with the advent of the holy month.
The director of the center, Mr. Ali al-Jayashi, told Al-Kafeel Network, "This service is part of the development plan and the continuous updates that the application is witnessing. It is a smart calendar that can be used to determine prayer times, the time of Iftar and the Imsak, according to the geographical area of each region, based on special algorithms."
He added that "work on this service began long ago, through the technical team working on the application, where downloaders of the application or those wishing to download it can enter its home page and specify the name of the region, so that the calendar and times are shown in the easiest mechanism, which saves the recipient from searching on websites, or rely on copies from unreliable sources."
Al-Jayachi emphasized that "this service is considered one of the first services of its kind in the Islamic world, and it is characterized by the following:
- Ease of use.
- Freedom to control the color to suit the taste of the recipient.
- Easily downloadable.
- The ability to print with high accuracy and in different sizes and measurements.
- Accuracy of times according to each region and city.
- The ability to share it on social media platforms.
