Hawzah News Agency –According to Fatemeh Dezhbord, head of the Center for Women and Family Affairs, “this joint venture has been operating since 2020 and been giving counseling services gratis to young couples within the ‘Razavi Lifestyle’ program”.
Referring to the outbreak of Coronavirus pandemic as a hindrance, she added: “To help carry on the program, there is another MoU among the Center for Women and Family Affairs, the General Counseling Center, and the Physical Education Institute of Astan Quds Razavi ”.
Dezhbord further pointed to the large number of couples within the program, noting that the counseling experts would provide special services to the young couples in terms of married life challenges such as couples therapy, rearing children, etc.
She concluded that the free counseling services would be both in person and via phone. “Each couple would take three sessions of free counseling, and be referred to Astan Mehr Center for special counseling if need be, while paying only half of the going rate”.
