Hawzah News Agency –Amir Abdollahian stressed improving relations with neighbors as a priority of the Iranian government's foreign policy as well as Oman's special position among the neighbors.
He underlined the need to increase the volume of trade relations between the two countries at the level of friendly relations.
He described Iran as committed to dialogue and adopting political solutions to solve bilateral and regional problems, and stressed its readiness to negotiate with regional countries aiming to improve bilateral relations.
He hoped that with the efforts of all regional countries, especially Iran and Oman, grounds would be prepared for ending the Yemeni crisis.
Meanwhile, Sheikh Khalifa Al Harthy expressed hope for an end to the Yemeni crisis as soon as possible, saying Oman welcomes and supports peaceful ways and negotiation to reduce regional problems.
