Hawzah News Agency (Mashhad, Iran) - Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Mohsen Momeni, the director general of Endowment and Charity Affairs of Sistan and Baluchestan Province, on the sidelines of the meeting “Coordination of the Plans for the Final Ten days of Safar, Specialized for Non-Iranian Pilgrims” held this morning at the Center for International Affairs of Astan Quds Razavi said, “Many lovers from Pakistan come to Sistan and Baluchistan to participate in the great epic of Arbaeen Husseini.”
Referring to the fact that this year’s prediction is more than sixty thousand Pakistani pilgrims traveling from the border of Mir-Jave to Iran and then to Iraq he stated, “To better serve these high masses of non-Iranian pilgrims, the need arises to plan better with the authorities and governmental and public institutions.”
“This year, with the help of this sacred establishment, valuable services will be provided to Pakistani pilgrims of the Lord of the Martyrs (A.S.) in Sistan and Baluchestan Province,” he said, adding that thank God, Astan Quds Razavi has always been leading and a pacesetter in service to the pilgrims.
He considered one of the most important problems of Pakistani pilgrims as medical treatment, medicine, hot food, resting place and expressed, “Thank God, the holy Astan Quds Razavi, has provided decent services to the pilgrims in the course of the past year. This year, the predictions for the establishment and equipping of the Dar al-Shafa are considered by Astan Quds Razavi.”
“Imam Reza’s (A.S.) pilgrim house in Zahedan, in collaboration with Astan Quds Razavi, welcomed a large group of non-Iranian pilgrims last year. This year, these services will be provided more extensively” the director general of Endowment and Charity Affairs of Sistan and Baluchestan Province continued.
Pointing out that many Pakistani pilgrims will visit the holy Mashhad and Imam Ali ibn Musa al-Reza (A.S.) after the Arbaeen Husseini, he reiterated, “Service to Pakistani pilgrims starts seriously from the third day of Safar and the pilgrims will continue to return to their country up to the end of this month.”
“One of the ways to show our devotion to the household of the Apostle of God (S.A.W.) is to serve the pilgrims. I hope that we will be able to serve the Husseini and Razavi pilgrims more and more with the favor of Imam Mahdi (A.S.)” Momeni added.
