Hawzah News Agency (London, UK) - A seminar was recently held in London to investigate the role of religious institutes in the dissemination of Quranic culture.
The London branch of the Quran Institute affiliated to the Astan (custodianship) of Hazrat Abbas (AS) holy shrine organized the program.
The Abrar Institute cooperated in holding the academic seminar.
It was attended by a number of intellectuals and Quran activists.
It was addressed by Sheikh Ziauddin Al Zubaidi, director of the Astan’s Center for Sciences, Interpretation and Printing of Quran.
Besides holding academic and Quranic seminars, meetings and educational courses, the center has published various Quranic works aiming to promote Quranic knowledge in the society.
