Hawzah News Agency (Qom, Iran) - Addressing religious seminary students in holy city of Qom Ayatollah Mohsen Araki placed emphasis on the prime importance of Mosques' status in the divine religion of Islam.
Mosques, obviously enough, play leading role in preserving solidarity and unity in Islamic Ummah, and Ayatollah Araki, in his remarks urged Muslims to work in tandem and use the golden chance these holy places provide them with to boost their rapprochement.
"There is no reason why Muslims can't get united; thereupon, they should give their consummate attention to promoting unity and use the means to this end," stressed the Secretary General of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought.
These days, there arise a demand for preserving unity among Muslims nations, so the role of mosques with this connection has been brought to the fore.
As for Islamic unity and preserving it, there are unity activists, religious thinkers and elites showing us the right path.
