Hawzah News Agency (Kashan, Iran) – Alireza Abdullahzadeh, an official in tourism industry, asserted in a press conference, "Religious tourism tours, arranged by the Iranian organization of cultural heritage, hosted more than two hundred tourists from 28 different countries during the first ten days of Muharram month in Kashan."
Head of the Department of Enjoining good and forbidding wrong at the organization of cultural heritage further asserted, "Considering the great potential of religious sites in the city of Kashan, this region can attract many tourists. There are as many as 120 religious tombs in Kashan out of which about 30 are also recognized as historic sites. Such cultural capacities can be developed."
Mr Abdullahzadeh went on, "Two groups of clerics active in promoting Islam on an international level from the two Islamic institutes in Kashan and Qom are holding Q & A sessions in Sultan Amir Ahmad Bathhouse in Kashan during the months of Muharram and Safar to address the religious inquiries of tourists regarding Islam.
