Hawzah News Agency-Question: Can someone who has not performed missed Dawn Salaat, perform Noon Salaat? And what is the ruling if he performs it?
Grand Ayatollah Shubairi: According to Wajib (obligatory) precaution, perform it before Noon Salaat; and if the Noon Salaat is performed first on purpose, according to precaution re-perform the Salaat.
