Hawzah News Agency (Karbala, Iraq) -Iraqi-American experts in autism, from Florida's and New York's Autism Centers, lectured and supervised the course. Dr. Shamil Muhsin Hadi, a professor at Oakland University, said that the course revolved around treating children with autism and how to sketch the plans of treating them where each child requires a certain plan.

Autism centers of the Imam Husayn Holy Shrine have long been working on rehabilitating children with autism; they have rehabilitated the first group of children on October 21, 2016, and successfully integrated them into academic schools.
