Allama Raja Nasir opposes use of force against protestors in Islamabad, Pakistan

Head of Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen, Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafari has stressed on the need for a united stance of the nation against corruption and that masses should come out to establish a true democracy in Pakistan.

Hawzah News Agency-He said in a statement on Tuesday, October 31 that use of brutal force against the political workers for their protest could not be supported by any rational political party in the country. He urged the rulers to establish rule of law instead of rule of personal desires through use of force against the political opponents.

Allama Jafari claimed that the rulers of Pakistan were under the influence of the Saudi monarchy and under that influence they were acting like monarchs rather than a democratic state.

He said that government intolerance towards the political opponents and use of force against them was pushing the country towards civil war. He urged the government to refrain from turning Pakistan into their kingdom and focus on establishment of rule of law and a representative democracy.
