Statement of Qom seminary scientific associations condemning the insult to the glorious Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)

Article 29 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Article 8 of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, Article 12 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, are applied within the framework of the principle of the rule of law, therefore cannot be relied on to apply absolute freedom of expression.
