Shia cleric Hujjat al-Islam Hedayatnia pointed out that the Zionist regime's crimes against women and children are a violation of all international treaties and stated,” The current Torah book has undergone many changes and the Zionist regime is committing crimes, genocide and occupying lands by misusing it.”

A member of the academic staff of the Research Institute of Islamic Culture and Thought, stating that the Zionist regime continues to commit crimes even after several months, said,” In international treaties, women, children, medical staff, journalists and various groups must be protected.”

Pointing out that the protection of women and children is clearly provided for in international treaties, he noted that the Geneva Convention on the Protection of Civilians was implemented in 1950.

Hujjat al-Islam Hedayatnia stated that Article 18 of this convention prohibits attacks on medical centers, and clarified that more than 190 countries of the world, including the Islamic Republic of Iran, are members of this international treaty.

He went on to say that the Zionist regime is not a member of this convention, and reminded,” according to the beliefs of experts and international attorneys, the Geneva Convention is part of customary laws and even countries that are not members of it are obliged to follow its principles.”

A member of the academic staff of the Research Institute of Islamic Culture and Thought also added that despite all these laws, the Zionist regime continues to commit crimes against women and children; One of the reasons why the Zionist regime continues to commit crimes without being held accountable is that it is supported by the superpowers of the world.
