Seminary of Qom responds to the needs of human society with the view of building a global civilization.

Hawzah News Agency- The Head of Iran’s Seminary Ayatollah Alireza Arafi had a meeting with the vice president of The Supreme Islamic Shi'a Council of Lebanon during which he stated,” in the present era, the Islamic seminary is a responsive and demanding one, and in order to achieve this goal, we have designed and implemented various courses that correspond to the needs of human society. “

Ayatollah Alireza Arafi, the head of Iranian seminaries on Sunday evening, during a meeting with the vice president of The Supreme Islamic Shi'a Council of Lebanon, congratulated the proud military operation "True Promise" and said,” The Islamic Republic of Iran, with the cooperation of Hezbollah, is the hero of great changes in the Islamic world.”

Referring to the proud operation of "True Promise", the head of the seminaries said, "The Islamic Republic of Iran adheres to religious principles and international treaties in any case, but an attack on its territorial integrity is its red line."

He pointed to the civilization-building and global view of the seminaries and added,” Today, the seminary, with the benefit of the system of educational courses and dozens of scientific courses, is responsive to the needs of the Islamic society and even beyond that.”

The member of the Supreme Council of Seminaries went on to say that as a seminary, we should have maximum interaction and cooperation with the seminaries of the Islamic world, especially in Lebanon.

Ayatollah Arafi noted that present seminary is responsive and demanding, and we have designed and operationalized diverse fields that correspond to the needs of human society to realize this.

The head of Iran’s seminary further stated that today, the unity and synergy of the Shia seminaries is one of the concerns of Qom seminary, and, God willing, we can increase this level of cooperation even more by traveling to Lebanon and attending the religious seminaries.
