Sunnis love the Ahl ul-Bayt

“Sunnis, similar to Shiites, are devoted lovers of the Household of the Apostle of God (sawa).

Hawzah News Agency-According to the news staff of the last ten days of Safar, Mulavi Namdar, in a special program that was held for a thousand walking Sunni pilgrims on the Sheikh Hurr Ameli portico of Razavi Holy Shrine, gave a speech and said, “Pilgrimage to the Holy Prophet Muhammad (sawa), and the Household of the Apostle of God (as) is obligatory for us. Visiting the graves of the Infallible Imams (as) has great blessings, and many of our prominent figures, such as Mulana Jami and Taybadi, went to visit the Holy Shrine of Imam Ridha (as) on foot.”

“All the Infallible Imams (as) suffered many hardships to keep Islam pure. We also have to appreciate these valuable efforts and participate in their sorrow and joy” he stated.

“Unfortunately, the global hegemony and Zionism, by creating and supporting terrorist and extremist groups such as Wahhabis and ISIS, have been slaughtering oppressed Muslims around the world, and have shown a heinous face of Islam to the world” Namdar expressed.

“Muslims should remain vigilant, and they should know every difference and division, however small, is exploited by the enemies, and helps them achieve their sinister interests” he uttered, commenting that discord and division, puts Islam under threat and danger.

The Sunni scholar pointed to the safety of the Islamic community and added, “Dignity, respect, and pride of Muslims of the world depends on Sunni and Shi’ite unity and empathy.”

“Thank God, Sunnis and Shi’ites of Iran, supporting each other, live together under the command of a wise, courageous, insightful and compassionate leader, in peace and without any problems” he asserted.

It should be noted that during the last ten days of Safar, one thousand Sunni pilgrims from North, South and Razavi Khorasan, Golestan and Kurdistan provinces, attended the Holy Shrine of Imam Ridha (as) on foot.
