Hawzah News Agency - (Tehran - Iran) - Responding to a recent tweet by Donald Trump against Iran, Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said economic terrorism and genocidal taunts will not “end” Iran, and said the Iranian nation has “stood tall” against aggressors for millennia.

“Goaded by B Team, real Donald Trump hopes to achieve what Alexander, Genghis & other aggressors failed to do. Iranians have stood tall for millennia while aggressors all gone. Economic Terrorism & genocidal taunts won't "end Iran". Never Threaten An Iranian. Try respect—it works!” Zarif tweeted on Monday.

It came after Trump in a tweet on Sunday said, "If Iran wants to fight, that will be the official end of Iran. Never threaten the United States again!"

Zarif says Iran has stood millennia and nothing can harm Iranian solidarity.
