​The presence of ۱۵,۰۰۰ European tourists in holy shrine of lady Fatima al-Ma’suma (A.S) in the last eight months

The head of the international affairs directorate of holy shrine mentioned hosting different services to more than 75,000 international tourists and pilgrims over the last eight months.

Hawzah News Agency (Qom, Iran) – Kamal Soraya Ardakani, referring to the fact that international pilgrims of the holy shrine to receive special services should go to the pilgrimage offices of the International Affairs of the Holy Shrine Stated: “Over the past eight months, more than 75,000 international pilgrims and tourists have used holy shrine services, and such programs as question and answer sessions, epistemic meetings, beliefs and counseling, religious rituals and tours have been pursued for the international guests of the shrine.”

He mentioned:” Over the course of this period, we host more than 15,500 non-Muslim tourists from 86 countries, most of them were from France, Italy and Germany respectively. In terms of tourists, France, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain and China have the highest number of guests, of which 55% are women and 45% are men, which shows that the presence of female tourists has become more pronounced than before.”

The head of the international affairs directorate of holy shrine: “In the international pilgrimage section, Azerbaijan, Iraq, Pakistan, India, Lebanon, Bahrain, Afghanistan and Turkey have the largest number of pilgrims.”

He continued: “In the section of international tourists, over 170 special meetings and question and answer sessions as well as about 2,800 tours for more than 3,000 groups have been held in the last eight months.

Soraya Ardakani referred to the establishment of offices for tourists in the courtyard of Imam Hadi (PBAH) and said: “The Bureau of International Affairs's pilgrimage offices is ready to serve pilgrims from 9 to 15 and 17 to 22, and international tourist offices will host guests of the Shrine from 7 am to 19 pm.
