Hawzah News Agency (Najaf, Iraq) - Bruno Aubert, the French ambassador to Iraq, and Jérôme Bonnafont the head of Middle East Directorate in the embassy had the honor of visiting the holy shrine of Imam Ali (a.s.).

"As soon as I came to Iraq, the ambassador advised me to visit the holy shrine of Imam Ali (a.s.). It is my first visit to this spiritual holy site. I am really happy and joyful at being here," Mr. Jérôme stated to the Media Center of the Holy Shrine.

"I thank you for your warm hospitality and reception. This generosity covers all the visitors. The spirit of tolerance and coexistence is reflected through these multinational peaceful pilgrims," he added.
