Hawzah News Agency (Mashahd, Iran) – "Astan Quds Razavi pursues its international activities in three spheres: science, culture and economics," Seyyed Javad Jafari said.
According to Astan News, deputy of the Center for International Affairs of Astan Quds Razavi, at the first international symposium of international activists and elites held at the Center said, "The great objective that we are pursuing at the Center for International Affairs of Astan Quds Razavi is the fourth clause of the Septet Charter of Supreme Leader in the appointment decree of the Grand Custodian of Astan Quds Razavi."
"In this decree, the Supreme Leader of the Revolution has a wise view and notes the Astan Quds Razavi's huge capacity, which should be used to expand the Qur'anic and the Infallible Imams' (a.s.) teachings," he added.
"Consequently, we defined the activities of the Center, based on what was notified by Grand Custodian of Astan Quds Razavi in three spheres: Scientific, cultural and economics and in seven fields, and the same areas that are in place in the Astan Quds Razavi national arena, are followed in the international scale," he expressed.
Stating that different fields have been defined for these three spheres he said, "The first field is overseas. The foreign trips of Astan Quds Razavi officials are being pursued through the Center."
Jafari spoke of various requests from various organizations abroad to communicate live with the Razavi Holy Shrine and commented, "These organizations are keen to receive special programs such as Karamat Ten Days Celebrations and the last ten days of Safar, live from the Holy Mausoleum of Imam Reza (a.s.).
"Razavi University of Islamic Sciences and Khorasan Seminary School have good cooperation with this Center so that we can educate missionaries capable in languages in the training courses, who would promote abroad in the Karamat Ten Days Celebrations and the last Ten days of Safar with the theme of Razavi conduct and lifestyle," he stated, referring to the dispatch of missionaries.
Jafari highlighted the weeks of Razavi culture, another such international area and added, "During the year, we could have the Razavi culture program; however, for the time being, we have foreseen it in two periods of Karamat Ten Days Celebrations and the last ten days of Safar."
"Pursuing the establishment of Astan Quds Razavi Agencies abroad, coordinating the participation in international cultural and economic exhibitions, hosting foreign delegations, holding international meetings and congresses, congress of jurists of the Islamic world, supporting products in the field of Razavi culture, are the areas that are being tracked by the Center" he enunciated.
"Study and research projects, the International Congress of the Goharshad World Award, the support of foreign audiences, more acquaintance with the Holy Shrine, the endowments abroad and the establishment of facilities for pilgrims are considered among other international areas in the agenda of the Center," Deputy of the Center for International Affairs of Astan Quds Razavi remarked.
