Hawzah News Agency (Mashhad, Iran) - Speaking at the 6th meeting of Razavi Khorasan's headquarter of travel services, Seyyed Morteza Bakhteyari stated, "According to official sources, we will see an increase of 10 to 15 percent growth in the number of Razavi pilgrims in the new Persian year". This meeting was held in central organization of Astan Quds Razavi with the presence of province’s managers of executive organizations".
He reiterated, "48 specialized meetings have ever been held with the presence of mangers and officials of Astan Quds Razavi and executive and service organization of the province so that quality and quantity level of the services can be promoted".
Referring to the travel of over 31 million pilgrims to the Razavi Holy Shrine in the current Persian year, Bakhteyari noted, "Thanks to God, the devotion and affection of people of Iran toward the gracious Imam (a.s.) is increasing and this reality highlights the important mission and duty of the servants in different areas".
Deputy custodian of Astan Quds Razavi stated, "250 thousand servants have been summoned during these days and the daily capacity of the banquet hall has increased up to 50 thousand meals a day".
He said, "Necessary provisions and requirements have been observed for the coverage of Supreme Leader's speech on the first day of the new year". He also said, "Video coverage of the incident will be done in fifty points in Razavi Shrine".
"Also, Quds hall of the central library of Astan Quds Razavi will cover the lecture with simultaneous translation in four languages of the world so that non-Iranian pilgrims can enjoy the lecture of the world’s Muslims leader", Bakhteyari reiterated.
He referred to the 30% increase of the cultural programs during Nowruz and stated, "Deepening and specializing cultural and propagation programs of Razavi Shrine is our main goal".
Continuing his remarks, Bakhteyari thanked for the arrangements done to provide necessary space for parking lots in the vicinity of Razavi Shrine and said, "Thirty thousand cars can be parked thanks to the spaces Astan Quds Razavi has provide for the municipality of Mashhad".
He stressed, "Carpeting all the courtyards and parking lots of No. 1 and 3 of the Holy Shrine and employing 100 van and minibus to facilitate pilgrims’ movement are another action conducted for the purpose of pilgrims' convenience".
Heads of service and executive organizations offered, at the beginning of this meeting, a report of their activities and services for upcoming Nowruz.
