Hawzah News Agency - Houshang Attarpour, manager of social affairs in western Azerbaijan Province slammed the hostile policies to divide Shia and Sunni Muslims stressing that the participation of Muslims from different denominations in Hajj has revealed the vain illusions of enemies and solidarity of Iranian Muslims.

 
He said,” Enemies of Islamic Republic struggle to portray an unreal image of Iran and promote their Iranophobic project” and hailed Iranian nation to foil the plots due to their vigilance.

 
Iranian manager called Hajj pilgrimage as a religious right for all Muslims and noted,” To leave the right of Hajj pilgrimage only because Mecca is located in another country is an inaccurate view and pilgrims should endeavor to reveal the true image of Iran and the Muslim population in the country to the world.”

 
According to Houshang Attar pour, what should be noted is the cultural view on Hajj as a pilgrimage which purifies the spirit of the society and spreads the idea of good deeds among the people.
