Hawzah News Agency (Qom, Iran) – In the sidelines of International Quds Day rallies in the city of Qom, Iran, Grand Ayatollah Nasser Makarem Shirazi, a senior Shia cleric had an interview with media saying, “It’s of great importance for people to attend Quds Day rallies; As a matter of fact, continuing to hold such rallies will lead to the freedom of Occupied Palestine and overthrow of Israeli regime.”

The cleric further reiterated, “Quds Day rallies play a critical role both on national and international level; they send a message of unity and solidarity among Muslims. On the international level, such rallies send the message of Palestine’s freedom and downfall of Zionist regime.”
