Punjab Govt. bans mourning on martyrdom anniversary of Lady Fatima

It seems that Punjab province has become part of the Wahhabi kingdom of Saudi Arabia because a ban has been imposed on the mourning congregations on the martyrdom anniversary of Lady Fatimah Zahra (sa) in the province.

Hawzah News Agency (Punjab, Pakistan) – Shia Muslims of Sargodha were hosting a mourning congregation when police arrived and prevented the hosts from continuing. When the mourners began to protest, police officials said they were ordered by higher authorities to do so.

They showed the notification of the government that banned the mourning congregations.

Shia Muslims have condemned the biased mindset of the Punjab administration against peaceful and patriot Shia of Pakistan. They vowed that they would not withdraw from exercising their fundamental human rights including cultural and religious rights.

They made it clear to the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PMLN) government at the Centre and in Punjab that they must behave like Pakistani followers of Jinnah’s ideology instead of representing their royal Saudi friends.
